Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that Zorela ships internationally, so occasional delays due to customs processing are possible and outside our control.

Shipping Costs
We're happy to offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.

Delays
While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow for the full estimated delivery window before reaching out about a delayed order. If your order hasn't arrived after 20 business days from the ship date, contact us at soraliasupport@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zorela is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens.
